We sell dog toys and related products fulfilled by third-party dropshipping suppliers. Product colors, dimensions, and packaging may vary slightly from images. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

No dog toy is indestructible. Choose an appropriate size, supervise play, inspect products regularly, and remove any item that is damaged or small enough to swallow. Rex Friends products are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice or care.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Rex Friends does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Our Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy is part of these terms and explains delivery estimates, returns, refunds, damaged items, cancellations, and the chewed-through-it guarantee.

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rex Friends is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
