Answers for curious humans.

Everything you need to choose a toy, keep playtime safe, and know what happens after checkout.

What makes Rex Friends toys different?+

Our toys are made to be filled. Load them with kibble, treats, peanut butter, yogurt or wet food, freeze them if you like, and your dog works for every bite. It turns snack time into a 10 to 30 minute brain game.

Which toy is right for my dog?+
Gentle chewers and puppies: Peekaboo Treat Egg, Fill-Me Chew Bone, Twist & Treat Silicone Ball, Acorn Snack Pod.
Moderate chewers: Puffer Pal Treat Dispenser, Drumstick Treat Chew, Shuttlecock Treat Chew, Brush & Chew Silicone Bone.
Strong chewers and big dogs: Hourglass Treat Tower, Beef-Scented Treat Tire, Treat Dumbbell.
Lickers and anxious-at-bath-time pups: Freeze & Lick Wobble Bowl.
When in doubt, size up. A toy should be too big to fit fully in your dog's mouth.
Are they indestructible?+

No toy is indestructible. Ours are built for heavy chewers, but every dog is different. Always supervise play and replace a toy if it cracks or loses pieces. If your dog chews through one within 30 days, we will replace it once per order.

What are they made of?+

Food-grade silicone, natural rubber or TPR rubber depending on the toy. See each product page for details.

How do I clean them?+

Rinse with warm soapy water. Most silicone toys are dishwasher safe on the top rack. Let them dry fully before refilling.

Can I freeze them?+

Yes. Freezing makes the treat last longer and feels great on teething gums. See our Fill & Freeze recipes.

How long does shipping take?+

Orders process in 1-3 business days and usually arrive 5-11 business days after shipping. US only.

Lick Mats

How should I use a lick mat?

Spread peanut butter without xylitol, plain yogurt, wet food, or pumpkin across the mat. Freeze it for longer sessions. Use the suction cups to secure it during bath time. Always supervise your dog and pick up the mat when they are done.
